Mechanism And Effect Evaluation Of Tourism Cooperative Education

The lower rate of employment with tourism management graduates and the higher rate of running off unceasingly perplex higher tourism education when tourism education is rapidly developing. Development of tourism cooperative education is one of ways to solve this problem.Based on analysis of this background, this paper analyses many literatures, in order to research the development of domestic tourism cooperative education. Firstly, the question who is the participator in tourism cooperative education and what is it main content have been analyzed in this paper. Then, in order to study domestic mechanism and development of tourism cooperative education, this paper combine the analyses on the theory of tourism cooperative education's participators, developing mode, and its effect; secondly, the participating power of students, schools, corporations and their effects in professional practice which is the most popular manifestation in tourism cooperative education have been empirical analyzed in this paper.Based on the research above, there are mainly three findings in the research result:The first, students' expectation of tourism cooperative education have not been fully realized.The second, the cooperation between higher tourism educations and corporations is half-baked, and it does not achieve tourism cooperative education's request.The third, the different arrangement on training target among different level can not be found in domestic tourism cooperative education. Consequently, some suggestions are offered in the paper, in order to promote development of tourism cooperative education in our country.
