Internationalization of Higher Education is the focus of domestic research and the current hot issues, but the issue of Tourism Internationalization of Higher Education research is relatively slow. In the new century, the rapid development of China's tourism industry and the international status is higher, which requires the training of personnel for the Higher Education must adapt to the needs of tourism development. Therefore, internationalization become to the inevitable trend of the international education of tourism in the future. In the past 30 years, although on the road of international development the Tourism Higher Education has made active exploration and some achievements, there are many problems we need to make effort to solve. This paper researching the Internationalization of Education is to reform Higher Education opportunities for international development, the background for international tourism development the object for the Tourism Higher Education.This paper use literature research, investigation and qualitative research, through the literature research, the papers about Tourism Higher Education was summarized. And then discusses the content and connotation of the Internationalization of Tourism Higher Education. Base on the investigation the part of Tourism Higher Education and the collage who own tourism professional, whose internationalization development situation was investigated. Through the qualitative research, the paper analyzed the achievements and problems of Tourism Higher Education. And then the Internationalization of Higher Education development strategy in our country was discussed finally, the paper put forward the question in international development process.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part introduces the research background, significance, situation, thoughts, method and innovation; the second part confines the core concepts of Higher Education and elaborates contents of Tourism Higher Education and the necessity; the third part analysis the status of International development of Tourism Higher Education; the fourth part combined the contents of Higher Education internationalization with the present situation of the Internationalization of Tourism Higher Education, the strategy of Tourism Higher Education internationalization in our country was putted forward according to 8 index (education idea, the curriculum, teacher structure, teaching methods, student constitution, academic research, mode of running, evaluation indexes internationalization). Expect to promote the further development of Tourism Higher Education internationalization; the fifth part explores the problems needed attention from Tourism Higher Education internationalization and localization, education sovereignty maintenance and the brain drain; the sixth part summarizes the main idea and perspectives. And then proposes research limits and prospective.
