Integration Strategy Of Circulating Industry Chain Of GG Co. Ltd

Sugar industry in China has developed rapidly during the last ten years, and sugar enterprises flourished at present.However, with the development of sugar industry, the contradictions between manufacturing capability expanding and resource scarcity, benefit increase and energy-saving & enviroment-protecting become more and more serious, and the sugar enterprises were faced with vehement competition and huge stress. GG Co.Ltd, which was once close to bankruptcy, now consisted of four sugar mills and one pulp and paper mill, its total benenfit was more than one hundred million. It was right developing strategy that GG Co.Ltd succeed.To meet with new chances and challenges of sugar industry, it was necessary to set up right developing strategies for sugar enteriprises. The exterior environment of GG,including macroenvironment and industrial enviromnent, was described in this thesis, the current status and development trendency of related macroenvironment was also analyzed by using PEST, and sugar market at home and abroad was also discussed in this thesis.In the industrial enviroment analysis, the effects of five force on GG development were analyzed by employed baud five force competition structure frame, which was helpful to GG development. Moreover, the exterior chance and challege, advantages and disadvantages of interior conditions were conclued by analyzing the intrior resources, then the new development integration strategy of GG Co.Ltd was brought forward on the base of circulating industry chain. The measures to bring integration strategy into effect, such as raw materialbase enlargement, industrial structure reconstruct, and manufacturing capability expanding, were discussed.Any development strategy was brought forward under given environment, and was practicable for given preiod, it need modification with the developmetn of industry and society . The development integration strategy brought forward in this thesis was practicable only at present and in-coming several years. With the developmetn of exterior and interior environment, and interior factors alterationt, the development strategy of GG Co.Ltd must be continually adjusted to meet with the sustainable development purpose.
