China is the largest textiles producer and exporter in the world, and the exportation of textiles are of vital importance of all Chinese exports. Since China ertering WTO, foreign trade friction appeared frequently, Chinese textiles are limited in the world; and in domestic, export enterprises are facing many troubles such as tax refund rate low down, and RMB increasing, and labor's cost inceasing etc.. How to get away from the current difficult position has been a main issue of the moment for the foreign-trade enterprises' being and development.Guangxi GT trading co., ltd. is an enterprise restructuring of specialized state-owned companies. With the textiles quota free in 2005 as China entered WTO,its profit began to decline ,and now it faced Survival crisis. Based on its international and domestic environment, this paper study on textiles' international marketing Strategy with integrate 6P, 4C, 4R theory effectively.This paper consists of four chapters. The first chapter is an introduction of GT co., ltd., and international maketing theory; The second analyzes the macroeconomic environment, textiles industry environment and analyzes the advantage and weakness, opportunities and threats of GT co., ltd. And putting forward SO strategy. The third Chaper analyzes how to choose target market, including market Segmenting, targeting, positioning. The last chapter put forward a whole set of international marketing mix with 6P, 4C, and 4R theory, and hope my thesis could help GT trading co., ltd. to improve its abilities in marketing strategy .
