The Developmental Plan About Industrial Base Of Renewable Resources In Guangxi Nanning

China is a developing country,the population is large,the resources are insufficient and the system of ecology are vulnerable in nature.With the fast development of the economy and the increase of the population,it is a chance to promote the development of society,it also makes the entire community face a unprecedented challenge about lacking of resources and environmental pollution.Through the recovery and utilization of renewable resources,after the production and consumption a large number of resources abandoned will be recycled, which will reduce the extract of primary resources,save a lot of energy and achieve the sustainable utilization of resources.At present,there are some problems about recycling renewable resource in China,such as low level,cumbersome team,organizations disorder,small-scale,lag in technology, insufficient equipment,the low rate of recovery and utilization,especially the second pollution is more serious.Nanning is one of 24 experimental cities of recycle system construction which are established by the Ministry of Commerce.The important part of recycle system construction is"industrial base of renewable resources in Guangxi Nanning",which is still at the initial stage and organized by the Xixiang Tang community.On this paper,the implications and the basic research of regeneration resources industry were stated.On the basis of practice and development of regeneration resources industry at home and abroad,the development conditions of industrial base of renewable resources were analyzed in Nanning,the advantages and the importance of development were pointed out, and then the planning patterns were put forward.Finally,the developmental measures of industrial base of renewable resources were raised in Nanning.On this paper,the theory of Industry Integration which was applied in regeneration resources industry was reported firstly.According to the theory of industry integration,the developmental model of industrial base of renewable resources was studied and the future of regeneration resources industry was designed.It is very significant in guiding the further research in regeneration resources industry.
