The competition of budget hotels includes such aspects as investment of funds, management concept, environment and facilities, marketing strategies and orientation of prices. All these factors can be fully revealed by the quality and quantity of the qualified personnel (including administrative personnel and technical personnel). With the globalization of management, customers' changeable demands and the intensification of trade competition, the position and function of budget hotels has become increasingly important. However, present management of human resources is far from enough to meet the need of quick development of market. The human resources management of budget hotels is required to bring forth new ideas. Only in this way can the budget hotels make sustainable and leap-frog development.This article first systematically and wholly presents the conception and features of the innovative management of human resources of budget hotels. Meanwhile, it makes an overall analysis for the present condition of the development and studies on the management of human resources at home and abroad. Based on theories and practices, the article puts forward the necessity and feasibility of the innovative management of human resources of budget hotels. Secondly, the dissertation discusses the relationship between the innovation of human resources and the development of budget hotels, thus forming the development model and realized ways for budget hotels based on innovative management of human resources of budget hotels. Finally, the thesis does some empirical analysis combined with the current situation of budget hotels in Nanning City, finding out the problems in management of human resources, then going further into some relative innovative strategies for human resources management, thus directing the implementation of innovative strategies of human resources management of budget hotels in Nanning City.
