With the continuous development of China’s market economy, service industry has become a dominated industry in China. As the pillar industry of service industry, high-star hotels have also flourished unprecedentedly. At present, China is in a social transformation of historical changes and economic transitions. Along with the world’s economic integration and strategic adjustment of China’s economic structure, as the sunrise industry in China, high-star hotels——one of the three pillars of tourism industry——has realized an epoch-making progress. Its position and function in China’s national economy are becoming more and more important. Various changes during the transitional period also put forward great challenges to China’s high-star hotels to achieve sustainable development. Many foreign star hotel enterprises are entering Chinese market, so China’s high-star hotel industry is facing greater competitive pressures. The competition among high-star hotel industry is actually the competition of talents. Human resource is the key for high-star hotels to maintain sustainable development, and to be in an invincible position in the fierce competitions. According to statistics, in China’s high-star hotel industry, female employees accounted for more than half of the total employees. There are an increasing number of women who are engaged in high-star hotel services and management activities. They are occupying an increasingly important position. Therefore, female human resources are an important part of the human resources of high-star hotel industry, and are precious wealth of high-star hotels. To some extent, the quality of women can determine the overall quality of a high-star hotel. And physiological characteristics and aspects of the women also result in the more and more frequent flow of female human resources. The lack of female human resources and personnel has now become a common problem of the high-star hotel industry. It has also become a bottleneck restricting the development of high-star hotel industry. Therefore, more understandings of the psychological needs and feelings of female human resources is more important for high-star hotels to enhance their soft power. Through the survey of the devotion degree of female human resources, it can be seen that the sense of women’s psychological demands, the exploration of the problems and contradictions of the high-star hotel in the presence of female human resources management process, and a scientific and effective manner of high-star hotel in female human resources management are quite important for the improvement of the overall quality of high-star hotel of female human resources and the enhancement of the high-star hotel competitiveness.This paper uses the theory of psychological needs and human resource engagement as a guide. It studies the female human resources under the basis of the conclusion of the previous study results both at home and abroad. It studies broadly the devotion degree of women and makes a detailed analysis of the results. It finds out the deep reasons for the current problems in the development of the devotion degree of female human resources. Meanwhile, it also uses some theories women’s studies and gender theories, and explores a suitable and practical management model for the high-star hotel industry to improve the devotion degree of female human resources. This model will make an organic integration of hotels, society and individuals from the aspects of further education, farewell benefits and the protections of rights. It will establish a system suitable for the management of female human resources in high-star hotels. This system has strong practicality and operability, and has a strong practical role in guiding the reforms of the management mode of female human resources in current high-star hotel industry. It is also quite meaningful for the cultivation of high-quality composite female human resources in high-star hotel industry and the enhancement of the existing female human resources.
