Thirty years of reform and opening up, China has made the development of architectural design industry, especially in the last fifteen years, private architectural design enterprises just as bamboo shoots after a spring rain sort out, forming a vigorous development momentum. These private Design Institute in the increasingly fierce competition, increasing the risk of domestic architectural design market ups and downs. In order to obtain more effective space for survival and development, enterprises will be more attention and energy on the strategic management of enterprise, how to strengthen internal management, improve performance, in particular, is an urgent problem for management staff performance. Traditional performance metrics have been unable to meet the needs of enterprise management, only the strategy oriented to measure performance, can help enterprises to understand the status and the need for continuous improvement direction, and timely make assessment. The significance of this paper is to discuss the methods of performance appraisal management personnel of Chinese Private Construction Design Institute, performance relative to the general staff of the performance appraisal, pay more attention to the relationship between the team and the strategy of the enterprise profit. To some extent, can help the architectural design enterprises to enhance the comprehensive strength, and construct a scientific, reasonable performance management system.This paper takes Zhubo design Inc as the research object, first of all the theories related to the enterprise strategy, performance appraisal is discussed in this paper, the balance scorecard theory knowledge model of. From the aspects of industry benchmarking enterprises, conducted an investigation and Zhubo design Inc status, makes quantitative and qualitative analysis, the existing performance appraisal of the pros and cons of decomposition, points out the existing problems and the feasibility of implementing the Balanced Scorecard Zhubo analysis.In this paper, the author thinks the operator performance evaluation with the implementation of the basic conditions of design Inc of the balanced scorecard, according to the strategic planning Zhubo, to amend and supplement business objectives, purpose, current situation of Zhubo performance appraisal system, between business strategy and performance appraisal index relationship. The balanced scorecard is with the market oriented card model, performance evaluation index system, in order to help Zhubo design strategic objectives into concrete action, improve market competitiveness. And according to the obstacles in implementing were predicted, and the architectural design enterprises in China performance appraisal system for reference.
