Study On The Informatization Of Channel Management For Mobile Operators

At recent years, the market of mobile communication has quickly developed. With the development of technology, different mobile operators offer more and more homogeneous products and services, and in this situation how to reserve old and develop new customers becomes an important problem to be solved urgently by operators. The key to solve the problem is the informatization of channel construction.This article starts with an survey of channel management theories, and analyses the problem and drawback of mobile operators' current channel management based on these theories. The Last is mainly about the evaluation of the information system, through several aspects such as economical view to evaluate the system and educe the evaluation conclusions.
