In response to the national call,in order to win social acceptance by building responsible business,in order to become the economic,social and environmental sustainability contribute leader,China Mobile develop full implementation of the sustainable development strategy,efforts to break through the bottleneck,effectively change the mode of development,achieve economies of scale,optimizing operational processes,vigorously explore new areas,explore new models,innovation and promote sustained and stable growth.Shenyang mobile response for Shenyang's network construction,maintenance and business.Shenyang branch of China mobile consists of 13 district offices.After more than ten years of unremitting efforts,Shenyang branch of China mobile weave a piece of wide coverage integrated information network with high communication quality,business variety and leading service level.But with the kind of business in recent years growing,increasing pressure from all walks of life,in particular channel management personnel performance appraisal system has been unwell for a variety of business development in the future.This paper first introduces the research background,significance and characteristics of the channel managers,and puts forward the contents and ways of this study,analyzes the existing performance evaluation system,and the existing problems are analyzed.Through the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard evaluation method,key performance index evaluation method of performance evaluation tool,determine the different post evaluation index system,evaluation method,evaluation standard,index weight,performance evaluation system for the existing of optimization design of performance evaluation system,and optimized the experimental application and applicability evaluation.This paper tries to design a set of scientific and effective,simple and easy,can really improve the level of employee performance,to meet the development needs of the enterprise performance evaluation system,work for the enterprise performance evaluation of construction to provide certain reference.
