Performance Evaluation Of A Institute Information System Based On Quality Management System

As a part of information construction of enterprise, the performance evaluation of QMS(Quality Management System) information system, runs through the construction and application of enterprise information. The performance evaluation of QMS information system is the perfection and supplement for performance evaluation of enterprise. This article which based on the goal of QMS information system, establish the performance evaluation index system of QMS information system, by combining the enterprise KPI with BSC. Combining with Expert Evaluation Method (Delphi method) and Analytical Hierarchy process(AHP) and gray system, it proposed the basic framework and evaluation index and evaluation method for the performance Evaluation of information system. It is the focus that studying the performance evaluation index and evaluation method of QMS information system. The article has tow parts of innovation: the one is using the enterprise KPI and BSK together in performance Evaluation of information system, another one is using the convenience of expert evaluation method as well as the accuracy of gray system to improve the evaluation .Based on the operation characteristics of A institute information system, this article evaluated the performance of QMS information system from internal operation and customer way and finance way as well as study way. At the end, we got the performance massage of A institute QMS information system from the analysis. Comparing with the expert estimating and the evaluating result of A institute KPI, it proved that the method which this article used is efficient and feasible, it will provide some reference for performance evaluation of information system in the future..
