For the manufactory enterprises the distribution channel is an important way to sales the product, It’s also the effect way to understand and grasp the market demand and sources of information for the manufactory enterprises. The distribution channels is dedicating to providing graphic information tiled display system and the overall solution for the customer. By appraising the Graphic Information Tiled Display equipment manufactory’s distribution channel sales development performance appraise and mading strategy is an important part of equipment distributor channel and the point target of performance appraise. But there is nobody who have researched the current domestic manufacturer enterprise distribution channel overall performance appraise. So how to analysis, further researching on the distribution channel performance appraising of the graphic information tiled display equipment and the development mode of the equipment will be the main aim of the study.Based on today’s background,In this paper according to the characteristics of image information tiled display equipment manufacturers sales channels, combination theory with practice, qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis, we in-depth analysis of the performance evaluation methods of the distribution channel development. Firstly, this paper researches the current research situation of the distribution channel management theory. Secondly this paper illustrated the importance of channel development of the manufacturing enterprises, the channel development performance evaluation, the meaning and characteristics of the distribution channel to further illustrate the component factor of the distribution channel development performance evaluation. Then establishing the performance appraise index system, and studying and put forward the development strategy. Finally select the image information tiled display equipment manufacturer VATRON company as an example. The paper get the conclude by comparative studying the performance appraise index system of channel sales performance evaluation, and put forward the method to improve the performance evaluation of channel strategy.With the development of electronic video image industry, customer’s personalized demands and complicated demands is more and more popular. How to complete the popularization and application of technologies and solutions of the product effectively by using different the channel model is the biggest problem to be resolved. The graphic information tiled display system Equipment sales channels’ diversification, specialization, integration the existing channel architecture, the construction of specialized channels, will be the main trend of the China video industry equipment market development.
