This research analyzed the competitive environment of China TEC certification market by using such methods of SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and BCG Matrix analysis to find the advantage of TUV SUD, then set up the direction of marking strategy for China market which is that TUV SUD is most authoritative certification supplier and could give fastest certification service for Chinese export manufactures.
