With the concept of fine management and customer-centric into the enterprise management, Quality Management of Product and Service becomes a hot issue in the management fields. Quality Management Methods and Mechanisms including TQM, Juran Quality Management play a vital role in different fields and aspects. Quality Evaluation is the core component of Quality Management, so each QM Method has demonstrated corresponding Quality Evaluation thinking. In the 1980s, KANO Model plays an important role in product design. Furthermore, it illustrates a systematic method for evaluating the quality of services. However, KANO model still has some limitations in practice and it needs to be revised in the quality evaluation aspect.After deeply researching the theoretical basis and practice of KANO model, the paper reveals that KANO model has weakness in the quality evaluation such as inaccuracy in the qualitative analysis, inadequacy in the quantitative analysis and ignorance of dynamic trend etc. This paper attempts to revise the method of quality evaluation by the means of statistics and probability in order to add value to both theory and practice.There are 4 major results in this paper as listed below:(1) Summarizing the authority theoretic and literature in the fields of Quality Management, Quality Evaluation, KANO model etc. It has been found in this paper that KANO model has some advantages in the fields of Quality Evaluation while lack of preciseness and discarding useful information are easily seen.(2) The second result of this paper is forming a formula which is to evaluate the degree of quality element attach to specific level. It aims to solve the comparability of quality element and can be helpful to product feature design. (3) Make an evaluation on the effect of Quality innovation by the use of Markov chain related principles. This enlarges the application width of quality evaluation.(4) Based on the thorough analysis of quality element feature, this paper suggests to predict the trend of quality element spatial vector by the combination of gray prediction and Markov prediction. This extends the application depth of quality evaluation.
