Research On Junfeng Company's Quality Evaluation System Based On ISO 9000 Quality Certification

Most enterprises adopt ISO 9000 standards as the base for their quality management system, so does Junfeng Company. With the development of Junfeng Company, quality become the main obstruction. Based on researching into the present quality management of Junfeng Company, the thesis propose the most scientific and effectual quality evaluation system. Firstly, the thesis introduces the ISO 9000 series standards and the quality evaluation system; Secondly, this thesis makes a positive analysis of current quality management and quality evaluation of Junfeng Company; Thirdly, on the base of investigation and research, the thesis puts forward the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for evaluation custom satisfaction degree and the effectiveness of implementing quality management system.
