Inner Mongolian Mobile's human resources management mechanism reform just started, so the human resources management system is imperfect, this article diagnosis the present situation of the Inner Mongolian Mobile's human resources management, searched it's human resources management system existence the prominent question and the insufficiency. Mainly manifests in six aspects:One is the staff constitution needs to be optimized; Two is the connotation of human resources management truly has not been digested and the absorption, the reform resistance big, the advancement is slow; Three, the reward system has not been able to realize and market docking, the salary system has the improvement after the reform, but still could not display the drive function well which should have; Four is the human resources development not strength, trains heavily "outside" light "in", training putting into production compared to low; Five is the enterprise culture too is abstract and simple, to staff "magnetism" insufficient, the enterprise culture needs the practical implementation; Six is the human resources management power is weak, the human resources management function has not been able to display comprehensively.This article follows proposed the question, analysis the question, solve the question mentality, actual embarks from the work, through formulates the human resources promotion general goals and the essential strategy scientifically, further consummates the enterprise human resources management system, causes staffs work enthusiasm and the creativity obtains the full reassignment, causes staffs degree of satisfaction and the loyalty obtains the promotion, creates the talented person superiority for the company, thus the enhancement work achievements, strengthen the market competitive power, the promotion enterprise continue the healthy development.
