The Telecommunication Network Resources Manages At Correspond By Letter The Function In The Business Enterprise

With the development of the telecommunication industry, the network information resource has become much more important for business today. Many businesses have realized that the network information is the fundamental resource for them to penetrate the market, and it should be the integral part of core competency of a modern business. On the other hand, it is very challenging to establish such a system to integrate the network information resource into current enterprise resource management system. Therefore it is imperative to study and develop the management system in ways to fully utilize the network information resource in business operation, and to further consolidate the core competency of a business.This paper first addressed the goals and applications of the management of network information resource. It then examined some successful management system implemented by businesses in other provinces, and analyzed the situation of the current management system of the business the author works for. In the paper, some management knowledge and methodologies, such as the SWOT analysis methodology, have been applied to the problem analyzing and solving process of actual business situations. The theory of business life cycle has also been used to analyze issues existing in dynamic resource management, and to help optimize management strategy. The paper finally listed the benefits and effects from the application of the resource management to the business the author works for, and it also gave a few considerations regarding the further development of the resource management.
