For a long time, the merchandise value formed in pursuing the infinite increase of merchandise controls people's economic activities. Under the domination of such a value, the material can become the worth existence only if been converted into the merchandise. While the tourism resources are difficult to be converted into merchandise, they are considered valueless. This kind of value, which pursues merchandise unilaterally, caused problems such as the pollution of the environment, the ecosystem depravation and the shortage of resources inevitably. There are five parts in this paper, which discuss on the price of vacation tourism resources.As introduction, the first part presented the research background and the important meaning of this paper, summarize the recent researches situation about "the analysis of tourism resources' price problem" and the related domain. The second part is the theories of the tourism resources' price. Review theories of surplus value and compensating variation, and their significance to our analysis; then analyze the value constitution of tourist resources; we also discuss the application of the theory of property rights and Game theory in our research in this chapter. The third part is the elaboration of vacation tour and its resources. Analyzed the condition which the vacation tour occur, limit the vacation tour resource, and multianalysis the characteristic of vacation tourism resources from tourists' market and destination, lay the foundation of our research. The fourth part concrete study the several factors may influent the price of vacation tourism resource, which from resources own aspect, tourist aspect, tourist market aspect and so on. The last part is about the model building. Give the price model of vacation tour resource unifies the first several parts of analyses, and gives the corresponding conclusion.
