Study On The Circular Economy Of Jiangxi Xinghuo Industrial Park

Since reform and opening up, China's economic development has made enormous achievements. However, these achievements are at the expense of consuming the sources of energy and high cost of ecological environment. The economic development leads to the vast pressure to the resource and the environment. Circular Economy is an economical developing model which based on the continually recycling of substances and a form of economy, it demands that economical activities should follow natural ecosystem model, it organizes economic activities into a feedback process of "resource - products - regeneration resources ". With the characteristics of low exploitation, high application as well as low emission, circular economy makes the use of material and energy more reasonable and sustainable in a continual cycle. The essence of circular economy is ecological economy, guided under the principle of "reduce, reuse, recycle", the bringing up of circular economy contribute a lot in fording solution of problems about environment and development, it is the optimum way in sustainable development in present day, objective demanding when the economy development reach a certain level, and a chosen developing strategy of our country in the 21st century as a whole.This paper first gives its research background and meaning, introduces the basic content of circular economic theory, the development condition of circular economy through our country and the world and the rationale and the development of cleaner production; Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of circular economy in Jiangxi Xinghuo Industrial Park, and regards the spark organic silicon factory as the case on this foundation, explains its method to implement recycle economy and appraises it; Finally, the paper gives some advices for the development of circular economy in Jiangxi Province from government, economy and technology.
