Level And Management Strategy Of The Industrial Park Economic Development In Shaanxi Province Cycle

Since the reform opening up, China’s economy has changed tremendously, meanwhile with the rapid economic development, energy shortages and harsh environments has becoming more and more different. Industrial Ecology Park is an ecological and economic simulation, and under the economic development, that protect the enterprises in the ecology park develop normally to reply on science and technology to to improve resource utilization and reduce environmental pollution. Currently, the industry has become a solution ecosystem resources, environment and energy issues as a preferred mode of economic development, but also an important way to achieve sustainable development of China’s circular economy and routes. Construction of industrial eco-park is to achieve the most efficient development of circular economy path is the only way to achieve industrial optimization. Industrial development in foreign ecosystems develop relatively long time, and it just started in China’s construction, management and development mechanisms, policies and other conditions is not very mature. After studying this article provincial level domain cycle of economic development, for the case of circular economy in Shaanxi Province and industrial park development for further analysis, aim at the construction of the industrial park in Shaanxi Province, make a reasonable proposal cycle of economic development, and effective promote of industrial ecology Shaanxi Province development of the park.The content and ideas of this paper is as follows:First, a comparative study of domestic and foreign scholars basic theory of circular economy, the guiding ideology, practices discuss the importance of recycling economy development. And domestic and foreign scholars summarize the concept of industrial ecology park, development model, management, control, stability and other aspects of the literature review that provides a theoretical basis for further follow-up stud.And studying industrial park construction and management of ecological issues from the perspective of circular economy and building industry ecosystem is important ways to achieve circular economy.Second, it measured of the level of economic development of the provinces cycle, and summarized previous studies on the economic evaluation cycle. And efficiency evaluation system proposed evaluation system suitable for this analysis, selected provinces in the2012Statistical Yearbook of data for analysis. Using factor analysis and DEA efficiency evaluation method, comparative analysis of the provinces circulating levels of economic efficiency further analyze the reasons for the differences.Third, Shaanxi Province, focusing on analysis of the level of development of eco-industrial parks, development objectives, development strategy, management control, and current problems, make policy recommendations to address these issues, design to improve circulation in Shaanxi Province the level of economic and industrial development of the ecological park assist.
