With economic globalization, Chinese enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition, the core of which is the competition for talents, thus human resource management is becoming more prominent. Due to characteristics of catering industry workers, it is difficult to manage them by traditional methods. How to attract and retain workers to deal with the fierce competition is the key to success.To address this issue, this paper analyses the characteristics of catering industry workers, gets the factors that influence the catering industry worker turnover through the survey of more than 454 catering industry workers, explains the inherent mechanism and processes of the influence from the aspect of psychological contract violation and proposes pertinent methods of reducing employee turnover. |
