Study On The Development Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Of Anhui Province

Since the reform and opening up deeply advanced, as the socialism market economic system is established,the SME in Anhui province is developing quickly, which continues to expand the scale, and has become the most important component of the national economy. It shows that the state has started to attach importance to the development of SME from a strategic height and legally established measures of promoting the development of SME. The implementation of China's strategy of growing up the central China rising not only offers opportunities,but also brings tough challenges for the development of SME in Anhui province .The whole thesis comprises of six parts: the first part summarizes the background and the meaning of SME ; the second part explains the concept of SME, the standards of the definition of scale of SME in different periods of economic development, and the latest criteria for definition of SME in China; The third part introduces the presentation situation development of the SME in Anhui province , and the existing problems. It indicates achievements of development of the SME in Anhui, further points out the limited factor in the development of Anhui's SME; The fourth part analyzes the favorable conditions of development of the SME in Anhui province, such as special resources, the implementation of the strategy of developing the central regions, joining opportunities for SME and so forth.; The fifth part puts forward the suggestions and tactics on the development of Anhui's SME. According to the existing problems of SME, the chapter from the three aspects of enterprises, the government and the industrial structure proposes Countermeasures, and points out the method of the SMES cluster development in Anhui, The last part summarizes all of the problems, hoping Anhui having a good future.
