The Development Of County Economy In The Central Farming-grazing Marginal Area

County economy is a special kind of regional economy marked out by the boundary of a county, which is of great importance to the whole national economy. As the policy of Completely constructing Xiaokang society and constructing socialist new country are called out, the contents of county economy is richer and the society pays more and more attention to county economy. The development of country economy has relieves the pressur of employment and accelerates the process of the urbanization.As for the central farming-grazing marginal area, the people there suffer from the worst level of poverty. This paper takes Zhangbei, Herbei for example, to study on the problems and resolution of the development of Zhangbei's county economic. Based on the theory of forest tourism and the current research fruits on the forest tourism benefits outside and in, the sustainable development of Zhangbei's forest tourism is educed as this paper's main issue and the significance, course and the method needed in the paper are also discussed. The paper explains the structure and essential about sustainable development of Zhangbei's tourism on the basis of analyzing Cost-Benefit System theory, the sustainable development theory and the leisure economy theory.
