This paper has researched on the actual work in Cold Roller Factory and has applied the thought of software engineering in which production Process Statistic and Operation Analysis play important roles as parts of this system. The subsystem consists of production management statistics, inventory management statistics, quality management statistics, production operations analysis and inventory operations analysis.Production management statistics module primarily focuses on rough roller's order contract, rough roller's arrival situation, rough roller's rechecking situation, roller's shipping situation, processing roller's situation, roller's input-output ratio and statistics of the roller's production hours and costs. The inventory management statistics module includes both rough roller's stock and roller's stock. These two modules record the data produced by products through the detail and statistical list, etc.Quality management statistics modules calculate the roller's quality situation based on the quality data of the production process from different point of view, including the quality record of the processor, the quality record of the working procedure, the waste statistics of working procedure and the factory report. The quality records of the processor count the quality of each employee's situation, starting from the processors. The quality record of the working procedure count the quality of each process by starting from the process; the waste statistics of working procedure count the costs of the waste and the reason by starting from the waste point of view; and the last part is the reports that the factory report to the company monthly, mainly record the statistics and quality of the roller.Operating analysis module includes production operations analysis and inventory operations analysis.
