Research On The Development Of The Service Industry Of Shangchen District Of Hangzhou

With the propulsion of reformation and opening-up and the progess of the procession of marketization, the service industry of our country got the substantial development and become more and more important in the national economy. Now service industry enter the period of complete developing . How to generally study the realistic problem of the service industry development is an important subject which has been put in the presence of us.As the nation is promoting the development of the service industry, this analysis is aimed at the development of the service industry of the provincial areas. Firstly, this essay chooses several comparatively more developed provinces as the sample of analysis and the constructs a factor-analysis model that assesses the level of development of the service industry. Then this essay uses the model and other qualitative methods to carry out studies on the development of the service industry of the Shangcheng District of Hangzhou so as to find out the shortcomings and weaknesses thereof. The essay proposes that in the future measures should be taken in 7 respects, including the fostering of the RBD of Hangzhou, the increasing of the influence of the functional areas, fully utilizing the effects of the commercial areas, and promoting the initiatives of the enterprises, etc. Moreover based on the characteristics of the Shangcheng District, this essay proposes that tourism, logistics, agencies, real estate, and community services are key areas for the District.
