Research On Developing Method Of Information Service Industry In China

As Information Service Industry (ISI) is not only the key field of modern service industry, but a crucial part of high-tech service industry in China, it is a really urgent task today to incorporate ISI into agenda.Based on unifying ISI review with industry coverage, this thesis firstly describes industry developing methods, then decides to research ISI development method according to the sort of driving forces. At the same time this thesis states of formation conditions of economic structure, industrial base and marketing environment.The innovative points of this essay lie in the construction of assessment index system for ISI development. By introducing Networked Readiness Index (NRI) and WEF-GCR, the influence factors of ISI development have been screened and classified. Then a new assessment index system for developing that is oriented by ISI’s development foundation,use of ISI and influence has been formed.ISI development level valuation index system has summerized three main elements from developing methods factors using Principal Component Analysis(PCA), then calculated the scores of17countries and regions in ISI developing indexes, by analyzing which we can distinguish the current developing cap between China and other developed countries and also make the conclusion to apply the method with both efforts from government and market.According to the choice of ISI developing method for our country, this thesis put forward feasible strategies for ISI developing based on both government and market sides. The government strategy has been stated from4points:instruction, stimulation, service and norm, while the market one from establishing supply&demand, competition, price and risk mechanism.
