Research On Balanced Optimization Analysis Of Substation Project Management

Following the increasing amount and expanding scale, power station building is facing even harder challenge. It has been an urge issue that how to improve the efficiency and quality of power station building. Contacting the feature of power station building and the actuality of Liao-Cheng Power Supply Company, according to the management theory and methods of the project construction time, quality and cost,we make applied research on the balanced optimization of project construction time, quality and cost. According to Time, quality and cost of the power station project in the inherent contradictions of mutual relations, we made an analysis and research on the optimization of time, quality and cost. We proposed that Project managers in the project management practice must make more exploration, more practice by the science manner.
