Z Enterprise Intelligence Substation Monitoring System Development Project Quality Management

Power Substation Intelligent Technology is the another hot technology after high-voltage technology, while intelligent substation is the key to Smart Grid. Intelligent substation product development process quality and product quality on the State Grid Corporation of building smart grid have far-reaching impact.These papers, through the perspective of standing equipment manufacturers, R&D projects of intelligent substation quality control were studied. Theories based on project management, project quality management theory, ISO9000quality management theory and total quality management, basic theory, the combination of theoretical and empirical, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the way, discusses the project development process to the actual quality management:quality objectives were not refined; project process management functions of the lack of independent quality control; quality management tools and technological development suited; document management work in place; no attention to the needs of users.Problems found in the quality management process, according to the the existing ISO9000quality management system, using the the PDCA process of analysis method, combined with the knowledge of project management methods to improve project quality management. These methods include select the appropriate project management organizational structure and strengthen human resources management, the use of appropriate software development model, document management, identify user needs, and strengthen the process of audit and design review, establish and improve functional verification, raised through team-building and communication management.This paper combines the research and development of a company the actual situation, combined with the current level of development of intelligent substations, and analysis of the enterprise using the ISO9000quality management system documentation to guide large-scale projects to develop the PDCA process analysis and project management knowledge measures to propose solutions. Methods and conclusions of this paper is developing a smart grid for some technology companies help.
