Exploration And Discussion With Development Of AE Company In The Nuclear Power Project

This paper briefly introduced the development plan of China's Power and the prospects for development of the Nuclear Power Project. The great significance of studying the management model of the Nuclear Power Project was also discussed. Compared with the main contents, patterns and characteristics of the conventional project management, the features of the nuclear power project management were developed. In addition, a number of project management models with the built Nuclear Power Project were introduced in detail in this paper. Meanwhile, the advantages and disadvantages of these project management models were analyzed from many views. On the base of analyzing the development and project management model of the Nuclear Power Project abroad, this paper pointed out that the stability of national nuclear policy was the premise to identify nuclear power project management model, and developed that the development of project management was gradual changing process with the technological advances and autonomy. At last, several ways of developing AE Company were put forward.
