This research is based on the management informatization project for the capital construction of 2×1000MW Thermal Power Units in Beilun Power Plant Phase III. Within the framework of relevant rules proposed by the Guodian Group Company, it comes to the conclusion of how to construct and advance the informatization project by applying those theories on Modern Project Management, Business Process Recombination and Collaborative Management. Following, the conclusion is practiced and checked.The research also indicates that the informatization itself is helpful to improve the working efficiency significantly during the process of capital construction, and helpful to control effectively the schedule, cost and quality of the project. Meanwhile, it is worth noting that only when the project is well organized and managed can twice the result be achieved with only half the effort. |
