Power quality control and marketing management improvement in the upgrading project have played an important role in promoting customer satisfaction and enhancing market competitiveness.Jincheng Electric Power Company is taking the competitive edge of electric quality very seriously indeed.Certain managerial experiences are obtained by previous managing of power quality.However,owing to the incompleteness of systematic approach to managing,change of operating environment of power grid and weakness of management technology of power quality,quality issues as harmonic pollution and voltage overrunning are still existed and produce a negative effect on current electric equipment and environment.Especially,the unstable equipment-operating and the power failure resulted from voltage overrunning have caused a great loss to power-users.According to the related requirements of marketing-upgrading project,power quality management is urgently in need of strategy optimization.Considering the concepts,methods and correlative factors of project quality and power quality management,this paper researches on the status of power-quality management in Jincheng marketing-upgrading project,and the theory of sustainable improvement model of quality-management based on fish-bone diagram and analytic hierarchy process is discussed.And on the basis,aimed at the two obvious problems as harmonic pollution and voltage overrunning in Jincheng Electric Power Company's marketing-upgrading projects,the analysis is done by the way of fish-bone diagram and analytic hierarchy process.Based on above analysis and respectively analysis from the personnel management,equipment management,material management,method management and environmental man agement,improvement strategy including completeness of organization structure,personnel training,management of quality-management index and methods,construction of intelligent management system,reactive compensation of grid operating environment and interference rejection are proposed to suit the Jincheng Electric Power Company's marketing-upgrading projects.Finally,a sustainable improvement system of power quality-management in the upgrading project is established.
