Research On The Establishment Of Logistics Enterprise's Dynamic Alliance

Along with fast development of economy and increasingly furious market competition, as a fresh organization form, dynamic alliance gradually shows its necessity and essentiality. Implementing dynamic alliance successfully can help the logistics enterprises reduce cost, share resources, and satisfy the customer's request of"one station type"logistics service. Then, it can improve the backward situation of the logistics enterprises in our country. It inevitably causes such problems as inconsistent goal, bad controlling force, difficulties in coordinating relations and so on because of the trait of non-property right, fuzzy boundary, differences in culture and so on. In view of the above fact, this paper tries to research on the establishment of the logistics enterprise's dynamic alliance.This paper analyses the present situation of the logistics industry in china based on logistics theories and dynamic alliance theories, and it proves the feasibility and necessity to implement logistics enterprise's dynamic alliance. In theory aspect, this paper elaborates the viewpoint of establishing logistics enterprise's dynamic alliance under the formula of co-governance, and designs the flow chart of establishment. Then, we evaluate the performance by two-level fuzzy method. In practice aspect, combined with the development of the logistics industry in Hebei province, we carry on the positive analysis about how to establish logistics enterprise's dynamic alliance in Hebei. All these are for the purpose of let logistics enterprise's dynamic alliance exert advantage, remedy deficiency and to be carried out successfully.
