Study On The Establishment Of The Third Party Logistics Enterprise's Dynamic Alliance

With the quick globalization and health economic development, the economy and market circumstances of the present logistics are getting perfect and sound in our country. As an advanced method of organization and technique of management, modern logistics is becoming the focus and the new method of global economy. It has been used extensively by lots of countries, and becomes the third source of profits after labor force and resources. But the trend of economy globalization and the fast development of information technology make the global market competition increasing violent. The logistics enterprise faces a dual problem in management and information, hardly they can hold the suitable market opportunity by themselves resources integration.So after China's entry into the WTO, how can our third partner logistics (TPL)enterprises face the situation that the famous global logistics companies rob to have the market quota of our country? It needs that the TPL enterprises adjust their own logistics service function, information-based level etc, to suit the increasingly rigorous market need. However, because the history reason, many weak TPL enterprises exist a lot of problems when they do business independently, and the problems can't be resolved effectively in short time. Therefore, the domestic TPL enterprises must integrate their internal business process through making use of the advantage of the information technique and through choicing the suitable alliance partners. In this way, they can participate the market competent and get the scale management through the advantage of the whole group, so as to looking for the larger market space.This dissertation research the establishment of the TPL enterprise dynamic alliance. First, it analyzes the background and value of the research, the current situation both at home and abroad, the propose and the structure. Second, analyzes the reason of developing TPL dynamic alliance from the angle of economy. Then, explains the concept and advantage of dynamic alliance, and the circumstance of the TPL. Following this, the author research the establishment progress of TPL dynamic alliance such as: the information terrace, the coreability, the partner choice, the member manage, the control mechanism and so on.
