A Study On Risk Assessment Of High-Tech SMES During Entrepreneurship

The mid-small enterprise is the most diversiform model in the presently commercialsociety. Most of the enterprises in commence stage are the mid-small and fewness would begrowth up, even to be the biggest enterprise in the global world. The mid-small enterprise is theimportant element of the national economy in our country. Most of the mid-small enterprises arethe nongovernmental-operated science and technological ones and they take effect veryimportant. During the process of venture of science and technology venture enterprises, the riskis relatively high with great uncertainty, which is because it is technology and capital intensivewith innovative products.The topic of this Subject is to strengthen risk analysis and identification, and the risk control,the risk management systems are given on the program design, with a view to improving SMEbusiness risk management status quo.Some problems of the nongovernmental-operated science and technological mid-smallenterprise were found in this paper by investigation with questionnaire. The three mostoutstanding problems are no lacking of money, non-standard management and couldn't hold thegood talent. And the other problems are the advantage of brand, immature market, thecompetitiveness of non-core etc.To solve the problems, some methods and proposal were put forward in three respects, theinternal of the enterprise, the national policy and the social service system.
