Research On Strategic Risk Management For Coal Science And Technology Enterprise

In recent years,the external environment of Coal Science and Technology Enterprises is confronted with increasing uncertainty,while macro economy fluctuates and coal industry suffers downturns.Besides,the strategic risk is becoming prominent.Until now,the study on strategic risk management of coal science and technology enterprise is still blank.In accordance with the actual needs and theoretical situation of strategic risk management for coal science and technology enterprise,integrated using the strategic management and risk management theory,this paper is concentrated on the study on strategic risk identification,strategic risk assessment and strategic risk management system with the coal science and technology enterprises' environment and their own characteristics.(1)This paper depict the strategic risk identification framework for coal science and technology enterprises from four aspects as enterprise external strategic environment,strategic management and leading technology,internal resources ability,internal operational ability.Combining literature research and enterprise interview,it designs the composition of the strategic risk factors.Through the questionnaire survey of enterprise strategic risk factors author carries out a statistical analysis and verify the strategic risk factors and the rationality of the assumption,and using the factor analysis to set relations of variables.A factor system and its hierarchical structure is worked out for coal science and technology enterprise strategic risk.Finally,by using the principle of system dynamics,the emerging process of coal science and technology enterprise strategic risk is described from the view of external strategic environment,strategic management and leading technology,internal resources,internal operating ability.(2)A strategic risk evaluation index system is put forward for the coal science and technology companies.and a strategic risk evaluation method is used based on interval number TOPSIS method.The index system is established from four aspects of the external strategic environment risk,strategic risk management and technology leading ability,internal operation management ability of risk and risk of internal resources,which including 13 secondary indicators and 39 specific indicators.On the risk assessment method,this paper uses TOPSIS method based on interval number for sample evaluation of enterprise strategic risk.The empirical study shows the effectiveness and scientificity of the proposed method.(3)A strategic risk early warning model is proposed for coal science and technology enterprises and an empirical analysis is carried out.This paper uses the quarterly data of listed companies to establish strategic risk dynamic early warning model,and take the history of the financial indicators cumulative impact into account by using exponential weighted moving average control chart model.Empirical research has achieved ideal result.Finally,strategic risk early warning conditions are analyzed for TIANDI science and technology co.,LTD.
