A Study On Development Strategy Of Dezhou Amusement Park

Dezhou Amusement Park is a young people extracurricular mobile base and one of Dezhou group municipal party committee subordinate's market management. It assembles leisure entertainment , science practice , education training , quality development and conference affair display.According to drawing lessons form development experience of domestic young people mobile base foundation and other amusement parks,this paper generally analyzes Dezhou amusement park's interior and external environment,and uses SWOT analysis tool to evaluate its strengths, its weakness,its opportunities and its threat.Also my paper proposes that to realize the sustainable growth Dezhou amusement park should use many Yuan developmental strategy and the strategic primarily competition strategy.
