Research On Tourists Risk Control Of Special Theme Park Amusement

With people's social and cultural needs soared,the traditional mass tourist travel can't meet people's increasingly diversified needs,Fun Te's theme parks have personalized,differentiated,innovative features.Therefor these parks are welcomed by more and more people.However,the frequent occurrence of Fang Te's amusement items in recent years has seriously affected the quality of tourists' experience.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to study the underlying causes of tourists' risk under the condition of basically sound laws,and to take targeted measures to avoid those risks,so as to protect the vigorous development of the special-type amusement items in the future.In this paper,on the basis of reference to relevant theories,draw lessons from the relevant academic research achievement of risk for all visitors,combination of amusement park accident has occurred and in Zheng Zhou,field investigation results,preliminary risk assessment indicators selected the tourists.Next,the respondents' opinions and Suggestions on the questionnaire were collected,and the questionnaire was revised accordingly.After using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to get the questionnaire of tourists and tourism practitioners for processing,respectively,to determine both the index weight of the factors to cause risks,and comparison analysis,on the basis of constructing tourist risk control model,in particular,the paper will conclude the following conclusions:(1)The frequency of risk is higher.As China's large amusement facilities increase year by year,the probability of accidents also rises sharply.According to statistics from Xinhuanet,China's large-scale amusement facilities have an average of about 5 accidents and 4 casualties per year,which seriously threatens the lives of tourists and reduces the tourist quality of tourists.(2)There are many kinds of risks.Based on field surveys,expert interviews,and analysis of online amusement park accidents,this paper initially identifies various types of risk factors for Fangte-type amusement rides,including tourists' own risks,tourism employees' risks,amusement facility risks,corporate management risks,government regulatory risks and natural environmental risks,There are six categories of risks each of which contains sub-risk factors and a total of 23 risk factors.(3)Risk factors are complex.Based on the business unit of the amusement project,this paper analyzes the main sources of risk from the perspective of tourists,including tourists,relevant government departments,tourism professionals,and industry associations.The intricacies of multiple risk sources make the causes of the risks complicated.(4)Risk control requires a combination of measures.The risk management and control of tourists requires not only the participation of enterprise staff,tourists,relevant government departments,and relevant industry associations,but also all measures to be taken beforehand,during and after the incident.
