Research On Service Efficiency Ptimization Of Amusement Theme Park

Over the past decade,China's tourism industry has developed rapidly,and the number of tourists has shown a sustained high growth.With the development of tourism,theme park,one of the tourist destinations has become a new tourist attraction.However,the amusement theme park is one of the most common theme parks in china,in the process of its development,it presents a variety of service problems,which seriously affect the experience of tourists,but also affect the efficiency of the theme park.Therefore,this study conducted a sample survey of visitors to the amusement theme park by means of online questionnaire.From the point of view of tourist experience,using the method of regression analysis,we find that the three independent variables,such as service and management,park environment and queuing,have a significant impact on the overall satisfaction of the dependent variables.In order to effectively improve the service efficiency of the theme park,this study from the perspective of modrn IE,optimize from the environment,queuing and service and management of these three aspects.Firstly,using the queuing theory of M/M/c to improve the queuing problem of theme parks,to adjust the play mode,turn serial play mode into parallel play mode,so as to enhance theutilization of play equipment,and also play a diversion of tourists to reduce queuing time,so as to enhance service efficiency;Secondly,using linear programming method to establish the mathematical model of the popular project to optimize the order of play,get the best route to play,reduce play time,improve service efficiency;In addition,this study also optimized from the perspective of facility layout and visitor experience.By managing the variability of the trash disposal facilities,combined with the theory of facility layout in modern industrial engineering,the layout of trash can is optimized,and the amount of the garbage can be reasonably planned to achieve the optimal arrangement without affecting the tourist experience;Using 5S management to enhance the perception of tourist experience,through the design of sign system so that visitors can quickly identify the guide sign to find the destination.At the same time,optimize the efficiency of the interaction between the service personnel and tourists,ultimately enhance the overall service efficiency of the theme park.
