A Research On Logistics Operation Modes Of Supply Chain Oriented Automobile Industry

Supply chain oriented refers to the members of the supply chain to regard the supply chain as a whole, and from the supply chain perspective to coordinate the production, logistics, and other processes between various enterprises in the supply chain. Under supply chain oriented, logistics operation should establish a low-cost, highly efficient logistics operation mode to gain a competitive advantage through the effective cooperation between enterprises.Automobile manufacturing industry is recognized as one of the most complex industry in the field of logistics, the smooth operation of automobile logistics needs for close cooperation among the enterprises in the supply chain and optimization of the entire supply chain. So this paper combines the automobile industry to analyses the logistics operation mode of the supply chain oriented enterprises.The paper first summarizes the concept and development of logistics management, introduces the concept of supply chain oriented, and analyses the characteristics of supply chain oriented logistics. And then analyses the present condition and existing problem of automobile logistics management in our country.On this basis, the paper considers that we need 4PL to integrate the existing logistics resources and provide a complete set of logistics solutions for the automobile industry, only by this can satisfy the demand of supply chain oriented automobile industry logistics operation. Then constructs a theoretical framework of the automobile industry logistics operation based on 4PL, and studies the mode of collaboration and information sharing in the supply chain.Finally, on the basis of the above research, this paper analyses the existing mode and the problem of logistics operation of components supply logistics, production logistics and vehicle logistics, and constructs the mode of logistics operation based on 4PL respectively.
