Along with the Chinese economy development, China finance industry also have made a great development,the finance industry scale expanded rapidly, and the function of finance also getting more and more important to the economic. More and more scholars focus on the research about the relation of finance structure, financial development and economic growth. Although there are many researches about finance structure and economic growth in domestic and foreign, but in the different research angle, different sample data and in different stage of economic development, the theory and the positive analysis result are very different. The finance development theory pointed out that finance have the different function mechanism to economic development under the different economic period, the different economic structure, the different finance structure and the property right structure. Because economic structure, property right structure and economic development level is different in different countries, Finance development has the different development way and the different finance structure. The difference of finance structure will affect finance development and economic growth.This article bases on finance structure and finance development economic growth. Summarize the domestic and foreign fundamental researches. Analyses the relations of the financing structure and the economic growth analyses financial structure to economic growth function mechanism, analyses the evolution process of China finance structure. Analyses the situation of China finance structure situation at present, and make a quantitative analysis to examine the relation between the change of finance structure and economic growth in China analyzes question which financing structure exists in China, and puts forward some policy proposal correspondingly.
