As a significant part of modern aviation transportation system, regional aviation has been playing an important role in construction of a complete route network, enhancement to the scale of aviation transportation, and promotion on social and economic progress of the regions. But our country regional aviation development pattern is very uncoordinated, regional aviation development is comparatively backward, the disparity Between the east and the west is big, regional aviation scale and the quality has not satisfies our country national economy social development.This paper first introduced the regional aviation present situation and the problem in the developing process, forecasted our country regional aviation , various region regional aviation and the main regional aviation airport's volume of passengers in gray forecasting technology GM(1,1). Also used elasticity coefficient theory to analyze the influence factors of our country regional aviation's market demand. In addition, used the distribution ratio non-balanced coefficient to give some quantitative analysis on country regional aviation's market demand's spatial distribution characteristic for our country's regional aviation's market's planning. Finally, according to the analysis of our country's regional aviation's present situation, the influencing factor, the spatial distribution characteristics. proposed a series of suggestions and the countermeasure separately from the regional aviation airport layout, the regional aviation route network and the regional aviation operation pattern. this suggestion may supply the enterprise and the government functional departments to take the reference in market localization ,operation policy, constructing perfect route network, coordinating promotion branch aviation and regional aviation.Because in the Period of our country civil aviation's"11th five-year plan", some regional aviation airports will be build, this article also analyzed forecast technique of these airport's volume of passengers with the purpose of helping the government functional departments to formulate the airport construction capacity and rank decisions-making.
