Recently, For the competency model is related to the competitiveness of human resources and the core competitiveness of enterprises, it has always been the research and the focus of attention at home and abroad organizational behavior and human resources experts and scholars. This paper select Chinese manufacturing marketing staff as object , create competency model for the promotion of upgrading competency quality of marketing staff, and promote the new development of Chinese manufacturing industry is of great realistic significance. So far, It has not yet found systematic research on competency model of the manufacturing industry marketing staff, This paper use of Anchor Amendment Act, theoretical and empirical study of combining study the establishment of Chinese manufacturing industry marketing personnel competency model, and based on that competency quality model construction of the manufacturing industry marketing staff selection model, thesis research with theoretical value.Firstly, The paper study on competent, competency model, staff selection, and other related theory, compared the marketing personnel at home and abroad competency model with the selection model, this has laid a theoretical and practical platform for paper; Secondly, the integrated use of BEI, expert advice and discussion, and other methods, study the construction of the manufacturing marketing staff competency model;Moreover, the papers to the 360-degree feedback as the main approach has been selected 50 manufacturing enterprises marketing personnel superiors, colleagues and clients investigation, a total of 400 questionnaires were issued on the model established by the reliability and validity of the test. And the adoption of further quantitative and qualitative analysis, has proven competency model - a total of five major categories, including 20 competent;in view of the creation of competency model, the manufacturing industries under different field marketing personnel , the different stages of development, manufacturing and marketing personnel different types of marketing personnel structure of the quality of competency model were discussed, the application of the model laid the theoretical foundation. Finally, based on the development of competency model, thesis researches the selection model of the manufacturing industry marketing staff. Points include: taking into account some impact on the competency model structure, aid AHP design the selection index weight based on the competent, in view of internal and external recruitment channels, design differentiated selection process, the establishment of a multi - Gray comprehensive evaluation model. Competency model created by the papers made up research in the field of lack of competence, had in-depth discussion on differentiation of the competency model structure; and had breakthrough in the systematic extraction, development competency model and validation methods, and from the standpoint of the competent Proposed how to select marketing staff for manufacturing enterprises, made up the existing ways and means of marketing staff selection deficiencies.
