| The scientific theory and the success practice of human resources development and management at home and abroad indicated fully that, the staff training, in particular, based on the competent ability model plays in a strategic and special role promoting enterprise's human capital, helping enterprise go out "the training difficult position".This thesis chooses this kind of topic basing on the competent ability model of enterprise staff training, in the first place, it generally induces competent ability theory and the training theory of domestic and foreign staffs, discovers the research feasibility based on the competent ability model, then further thoroughly analyze the staff competent ability model, finds out the characteristic of competent ability model, consequently, enabling the competent ability model to be intuitive which can offer clear and concrete reference standard that carries on effective training for the enterprise.This thesis takes partial tobacco enterprise staff as the main object of study and carried on the massive theories and the practice research. The investigation result showed that, training based on the competent ability model enterprise staff has obtained certain result, but also has many problems, one was that the training lacks of the scientific analysis, thus caused the training content destitute, the training method to be improper; in the second place, it is not enough to carry on the scientific appraisal mechanism, such training is blind, and also the training quality is low. After analyzing its reason, The thesis obtain scientific training flow based on the competent ability model enterprise staff which can effectively instructs the training work of enterprise.The theory exploration of the research, the construction of the training flow, will train provide theory support for the domestic enterprise's staff, and also it has certain instruction and model significance for training the public department's staffs. |
