| In the modern market economy society, enterprises pay more and more attention to human resource management, particularly in the recruitment and selection of new employees. As the competition of market becomes more intense, the form of enterprise recruitment has developed from the traditional single channel to more diversified and multi-channel form. Nowadays, campus recruitment, as one of the consequences of the development of market economy in our country, plays an important strategic role in enterprises. Through campus recruitment, enterprises can absorb a group of outstanding graduates that correspond to their strategic demands as talent pool, which contribute to the company’s long-term development. However, in recently years, campus recruitment also revealed some problems and encountered some predicaments. The traditional campus recruitment can no longer meet the need of enterprise development under new environment. One urgent question that desperately needs to be solved is how to choose outstanding graduates that correspond to the demand of strategic development as talent pool. Thereby, this paper will take Company J as an example and build competency model of its marketing staff, and apply it into campus recruitment to find a system that will meet the demands of enterprises’ strategic development.This paper is mainly developed by literature research method and empirical research. Based on the relevant literature material both home and abroad, a theoretical analysis is carried out in the application of competency model in campus recruitment. Through the analysis of issues of marketing personnel campus recruitment in Company J, combining the corporate culture, and strategic development with behavioral event interview, questionnaire investigation, and panel discussion method, the paper collects the characteristic index of Company J marketing post competency, encodes the index, tests the collected data and correlation to the performance of the marketing personnel by ways of Test analysis and then builds the marketing personnel competency model. The model is tested by ways of discussion of communication and synchronous cross thus to prove its rationality and applicability, which is quite satisfying.At last, the paper will apply the marketing personnel competency model to the campus recruitment system, and design a campus recruitment process based on competency model, which offers a solution of the campus recruitment based on competency model. After the practical application, the paper will test the result of marketing personnel campus recruitment by ways of repeated test and comparative analysis. It turns out that the campus recruitment has improved obviously after the Company J applying the competency model. |
