Study On The Evolution & Power Of Regional Circulation Economic System Based On SD

The sustainable development is the important content of science development view, development of circulation economy is the important action of carrying out science development view. Circulation economy is one scientific thought idea, and one kind of advanced economic type, is the sustainable development concrete realization form which proposed for the traditional economy development that cause the resources excessively to consume and the environment malignancy pollution. Circulation economy development is integrated development which is multi-systems or the essential factor under the intercoordination, the restraint and the stipulation. The domestic and foreign scholars and even the society from all walks of life have carried on the discussion and the research on the circulation economy concept, the theory and the correlation practice question. But related question of circulation economy system evolution and power research at present is still blank.This paper uses system dynamics thought and modeling theories, investigates regionally recurrent economy system's evolvement and dynamical problems, by the help of related recycling economy theory and economy system evolution theory.This dissertation firstly concludes research development and practices of related recycling economy theories in China and foreign countries, it mainly analyzes the research development,practices and system self-organization theory; On the base of analyzing regional recycling economy system, by employing system self-organization theory, it also studies regional recycling economy system evolvement process; based on regional recycling economy system dynamical factors analysis, this paper uses ISM model, deeply discusses inner link in dynamical factors which drive economy system development and summaries the main driving factors; thirdly,it builds up a recycling economy system development SD model of Shanxi by using system dynamical methods and on the base of Shanxi resources environment analysis, it brings out a possible plan for Shanxi recycling economy system, and it also simulates the best plan for Shanxi recycling economy system development by simulating analysis; in the end, it puts forward corresponding implementing suggestions for this development plan.
