In recent years,with the rapid development of China's industrial economy,the environmental pollution caused by it has gradually become the focus of various departments.High energy-consuming industries with high material consumption,high energy consumption and high emission are the main force in industrial economic development and one of the important sources of environmental pollution.The development of circular economy of high energy-consuming industries,can effectively improve the comprehensive utilization of resources,energy,secondary use of emissions and so on.To study the synergistic effect of the cyclic economy development of high energy-consuming industry group can promote the development of technology synergy and management synergy among the high energy consuming industries,and then strengthen the synergistic effect of the high energy consuming industry group.This paper objectively studies the synergistic development of circular economy from the aspects of technological innovation and energy conservation and emission reduction in high energy-consuming industries,and studies the evolution of the synergistic effect of circular economy layer by layer from energy-intensive enterprises,industries and industries.In theory,this paper introduces the theoretical concepts of high energy consumption industrial clusters,recycling economy and synergistic effects,as well as the concepts of order parameter method and system dynamics method.In the empirical analysis,using the system dynamics model and the ordinal parameters to determine the order parameter index of the science and technology innovation subsystem and the energy-saving and emission-reduction subsystems,the correlation analysis of each index is carried out,and the order of the two subsystems is obtained respectively,Industry and industry complex system of synergy.Applying the SPSS software to establish the system dynamics equation,building a synergistic system of high energy-consuming enterprises and industry(group)recycling economy and carrying out forecasting and analysis.Finally,according to the above calculation and forecast analysis of the relevant data,get the following conclusions: firstly,the research on the evolution of the synergistic effect of the cyclic economy of the high energy-consuming industrial group is progressive;Secondly,the industrial chain or the cooperation of the enterprises affect the coordinated development of the whole industry.Third,make full use of the synergistic effect of circular economy in the high energy-consuming industrial group.Finally,according to the prediction and analysis of the cyclic economic synergy model of the high energy-consuming industrial group,the variable adjustment will benefit the development of the synergetic effect of the high energy-consuming industrial group.
