The Study Of The Effect Of Social Capital On Enterprise's Network Niche

Driven largely by the accelerating development of the economic globalization and information technology processing, the global competitiveness increases the importance of innovation. Technology Innovation Network shines among the enterprises and arouses the researchers' attention more and more, which as an important organizational form of cooperation and innovation. Interfirm learning becomes to be the source of competitive advantage access. The enterpris can survive and develop in the environment of rapid changes, only by learning and innovating continuously.A framework of constructing social capital - interfirm learning - enterprise network niche is proposed in this paper. Hypotheses are put forward, and then the constructed factors'measurement and questionnaire are designed. The model and the hypotheses are tested by use of datas from samples. The model is fully supported in this research. In this paper, the main conclusions of the studies and summarized as the following aspects:First of all, the three variables put into a study framework by documents and theories about social capital, interfirm learning, enterprise network niche.Secondly, it is the definition of enterprise network niche, the latitude of enterpris Niche is divided into development power, competitiveness, survivability on the basis of previous research, and then the concepts of three powers are definited, how to measure is researched.Finally, based on the analysis of inter-organizational learning, discusse about the social capital on the enterprise's network niche impact.The conclusion about the social capital on the enterprise's network niche impacts summarized in the following areas: Cognitive capital to the exploration of learning is a significant impact on the capital structure, the relationship between capital and capital on the use of cognitive learning have significant positive impact. The conclusion about the inter-organizational learning on the enterprise's network niche impact's summarized in the following areas: exploitation learning have positive impact to survivability, and both exploratory learning and exploitation learning have positive influence to the development power, and there is the significant impact from exploratory learning to competitiveness. The conclusion is the proposed use of inter-organizational learning and the social capital to upgrade to enterprise's network niche.
