In the complex and changeable market environment,the survival and development of enterprises require enterprises to continuously improve their sustainable development ability and obtain more competitive advantages.Innovation is the first driving force leading development.Especially in the era of knowledge economy with the rapid development of science and technology,innovation has become an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Compared with independent closed innovation,open cooperative innovation can bring more abundant innovation resources to enterprises and improve the utilization and transformation efficiency of innovation resources,thus becoming the choice of more and more enterprises.Who to cooperate with,how to cooperate,reasonable cooperation breadth and cooperation depth selection,reasonable knowledge richness and knowledge combination method selection are practical problems that need to be paid attention to in the process of enterprise cooperation and innovation.This paper focuses on how enterprises acquire technological competitive advantage in the process of cooperative innovation.On the one hand,the process of cooperative innovation is decomposed into a cooperative process based on the explicit level and a knowledge process based on the implicit level.Based on this,a cooperative network and a knowledge network are established,and the structural dimension indicators and relationship dimension indicators are extracted to represent a certain level in the process of cooperative innovation.On the other hand,the acquisition of technological competitive advantage is transformed into the discussion of enterprise's technology niche promotion.With the situation theory,enterprise's current technology level is represented by technology niche “state” and enterprise's potential innovation ability is represented by technology niche “potential”.Thus,the core issue is transformed into the relationship between cooperation,knowledge dual network and technology niche.In order to solve this problem,this paper mainly studies in two stages: firstly,this paper explores the direct influence of the structure and relationship of dual networks on the “state” and “potential” of technology niche;and then studies the interaction mechanism among the cooperation network,the knowledge network and the dual networks.In the study,the invention patents and R&D investment data of 120 listed companies in the ICT industry were adopted.The regression analysis was carried out by means of Stata and the conclusions were drawn:(1)The scale of cooperation network,cooperation distance and knowledge distance inverted U-shape affect the “state” of technological niche,and the scale of knowledge network has a positive impact on the “state”;(2)Inverse U-shape of cooperation network scale affects the “potential” of technological niche,and knowledge network scale and knowledge distance positively affect the “potential” of technological niche;(3)Inverted U-shape of cooperation network scale regulates the relationship between cooperation distance,knowledge network scale,knowledge distance and technology niche “state”,and inverted U-shape regulates the relationship between knowledge network scale and technology niche “potential”;(4)Cooperative distance inverted U-shape regulates the relationship between cooperation network scale,knowledge network scale,knowledge distance and technology niche “state”,and inverted U-shape regulates the relationship between cooperation network scale,knowledge network scale and technology niche “potential”;(5)The scale of knowledge network positively adjusts the relationship between cooperative network scale,cooperation distance,knowledge distance and technology niche “state”,and positively adjusts the relationship between cooperation network scale,cooperation distance and technology niche “potential”;(6)Knowledge distance inverted U-shape regulates the relationship between cooperation network scale,cooperation distance,knowledge network scale and technology niche “state”.Based on the above research results and considering the four aspects: the effective scale of partners,the closeness of cooperation,the scientific choice of partners,and the effective combination of knowledge elements,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)From the perspective of consolidating and enhancing the current innovation strength of enterprises,in view of developing enterprises,we should select the cooperative objects with heterogeneous knowledge and actively introduce diversified knowledge from the outside world to expand their knowledge richness.At the same time,we should seek a reasonable range of cooperation breadth and depth to maintain a relatively stable knowledge combination structure so as to enhance the strength of technological innovation.In view of the bottleneck enterprises,it is not appropriate to expand the knowledge base rashly.According to the actual situation of enterprise cooperation,the optimal strategy should be selected from the aspects of cooperation scale,cooperation closeness and development of new knowledge combination.(2)From the perspective of expanding and enhancing the future technological development potential of enterprises,continuously developing new knowledge combinations is an effective way for enterprises at all stages of development.In addition,enterprises in the upswing should actively expand their knowledge reserves and actively expand the scale of cooperation.Mature enterprises should implement relatively stable knowledge strategies,select partners in a planned way,and optimize their cooperation on this basis.
