Research On Impact Of Enterprise Technology Niche On Innovation Performance In The Collaborative Innovation System

The enterprise under the new normal economy is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The 18th national congress of CPC stressed that innovation is the strategic support to social productivity improvement and comprehensive national strength,and the direction of national economic development,and pointed out:"We must adhere to the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics,pay more attention to collaborative innovation.Planning and promoting innovation with the global vision,to improve the original innovation,integrated innovation,and the introduction of digestion and absorption.Collaborative innovation has become an important part of the national development strategy,is the key to improve the ability of independent innovation,promote science and technology and economic integration;deepen the reform of science and technology system,improve the national innovation system.Enterprises must have resources to carry out technological innovation.From the point of view of resource acquisition and efficient use,the key factors of innovation performance come from two aspects:enterprise management and network influence.However,the existing research has not combined with these two parts to explore the influencing factors of innovation performance,which cannot fully reveal the mechanism of the impact of enterprise innovation performance.Based on the theory of enterprise niche theory,technological innovation theory and social network analysis theory,this paper firstly analyzes the evolution of enterprise niche,and then discusses the relationship between enterprise technology niche and innovation performance in collaborative innovation system,and the centrality in the relationship between the two regulatory role,in order to deeply analyze the mechanism of the impact of enterprise niche on innovation performance.Based on patent panel data of electronic information technology companies of our country,adopting negative binomial regression model.Our findings suggest:technology niche breadth has a great positive influence on exploratory innovation performance and exploitative innovation performance;technology niche overlap has an inverted u-shaped relationship with exploitative innovation performance;centrality has a positive moderate effect on the relationship between technology niche breadth and dualistic innovation,and has a negative moderate effect on the relationship between technology niche overlap and exploitative innovation.Based on the above conclusions,this paper suggests that enterprises should correctly understand the technical niche in the innovation network and adapt to the changing external environment,through selecting technological evolution,taking the initiative to maintain and adjusting the relationship between the network subjects and the network location,to build a high-performance innovative network operation mode and promote the innovation performance of enterprises.This paper reveals the mechanism of enterprise technology niche on the performance of innovation,and expands and deepens the research of enterprise management and technological innovation in theory,and provides theoretical basis for enterprises to improve the technical niche and build the network resource advantage in practice.
