Study On Using And Popularizing The Actualized Project Of 5S Management In Ningxia Petrochemical Company

5S originated in Japan, is used putting up effective management of the staff, machinery, materials, method and other production elements in the working-spot. This is a particular management method in Japanese enterprises. Ningxia Petrochemical Company, belonging to PetroChina, is a large company of domestic nitrogen fertilizer. The exterior condition and the interior development require our company to improve management level. Our general manager has been recognized that the management of working-spot is the cut-in point of improving himself management level. With introducing 5S management theory, developing and putting up 5S management activities, the working-spot management in our company will be obtained significant improvement.Choosing the subject of this paper is based upon two reasons. On the one hand, the writer want to arm at multifarious issues in the work-spot and analyze and research the practical problems and gain the universal significance and guiding conclusions, companying with putting up 5S management in Ningxia Petrochemical Company. One the other hand, because of my 18 years employment-grass-roots operation and management and sufficient concern of working-shop management problems in Ningxia Petrochemical company, the writer want to get a practical solutions and ideas thought this paper. At the same time, the writer wants to add fuel to the fire for putting on 5S in Ningxia Petrochemical Company.In this paper, combined with practice, the writer mostly adopted case-study method.. The primary contents were studied and analyzed from working-spot actualities in company. The paper discussed how to use and promote 5S to get the working-spot management improved and effective in detail. Based on the intensive expatiation of 5S theory, the paper showed the whole picture of all the specific work in Ningxia Petrochemical company and the effectiveness in experimental Department, pointed out some issues of implementation in the course of putting up 5S management activity in company, put harmony with the other management activities at the same time, enhanced inner auditing system continuously and ensured 5S management action efficiently by inspiring with the staff. Ningxia petrochemical company is a petrochemical enterprise unlike the mechanical manufacturing industry and other industries, although all enterprises have working-spot management problems. So this paper paid more attention to the way of practice and the writer hopes this paper can be very useful and helpful for the other relative companies in their 5S management.
